Q. I have received my order but there's a problem!
If you receive the wrong item, your order has been damaged in some way or there was some other issues that you are not happy about, please contact our award-winning Customer Service team on 1 300 438 244 and they will assist you as soon as possible. Q. What's your return policy?
Any return request must be made to the original store within 30 days of purchase.
Please refer to the following requirements to be eligible for a return:
- Unopened within its original packaging
- In as new condition
- Accompanied by a Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase
- Returned to us at your own expense
We do not accept returns for opened / used products if:
- you received what you ordered and simply changed your mind, or
- you misused the products in any way that caused the problem, or
- the product did not perform to your expectations
Damaged / Faulty Goods:
If you have received a damaged or faulty product from Supplement Warehouse, please contact us with your original Order Number and once approved we will send you a prepaid return slip to send the goods back to us within 30 days of purchase, and we will resupply the order for you or issue a refund.
