Q. How much is shipping?
Free Shipping & Flat Rate Shipping
Delivery anywhere in Australia, for any size order under $150 is a flat rate of $9.95.
If your order total is over $150, then shipping is FREE!
Q. Do you ship internationally?No, at this point in time we are unable to ship outside of Australia.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
Supplement Warehouse accepts Mastercard, Visa and American Express as well as Debit Credit Cards if your bank allows online purchases with it.
PayPal is another checkout method available to online customers of Supplement Warehouse, the PayPal choice will be available at checkout. You may either create a PayPal account or use an existing PayPal account to complete the transaction.
Direct Deposit / Bank Deposit
To order by Bank Deposit, simply complete the store checkout process then, when asked for payment method select the "Bank Deposit" option for payment method & complete your order. After your order is confirmed, please deposit funds into our bank account and use your ORDER # as the reference. Without the order number as a reference there may be delays matching payment to the correct order.

Q. What happens when I place an order?You will receive your initial confirmation email to verify that your order has been submitted with Supplement Warehouse. Once the order has been processed & dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please ensure you check your Junk Mail if you have not received any emails.
Q. How long will it take to get my order?
Same Day Dispatch
We understand that you don't want to wait forever for your supplements to arrive. If you order before 3pm AEST, we will dispatch your order the same day (*excludes weekends, public holidays, and sale days)!
Over 97% of our customers receive their orders within 1-2 days!
Please keep in mind that your payment must clear before we send your order, so please use a payment method that clears instantly like a credit card or PayPal.
Q. How do I track my order?
We will ship your order with one of three courier services. We choose your courier based on which company will get your order to you the fastest!

Q. I have received my order but there's a problem!
If you receive the wrong item, your order has been damaged in some way or there was some other issues that you are not happy about, please contact our award-winning Customer Service team on 1 300 438 244 and they will assist you as soon as possible. If you'd rather email us, please contact us below.
Q. My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days depending on the following:
- Your order has been placed before 3pm (AEST) Monday-Friday (excluding Saturdays & Sundays, sale days & public holidays)
- You are not in a remote or rural location
Please note that parcels going to Western Australia or Northern Territory can sometimes take longer than 1-3 business days. If your order has not arrived after 5 business days, please check the tracking link we provided. If you are unable to find your package, please contact us using the link below.
Q. What's your return policy?
Any return request must be made to the original store within 30 days of purchase.
Please refer to the following requirements to be eligible for a return:
- Unopened within its original packaging
- In as new condition
- Accompanied by a Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase
- Returned to us at your own expense
We do not accept returns for opened / used products if:
- you received what you ordered and simply changed your mind, or
- you misused the products in any way that caused the problem, or
- the product did not perform to your expectations
Damaged / Faulty Goods:
If you have received a damaged or faulty product from Supplement Warehouse, please contact us with your original Order Number and once approved we will send you a prepaid return slip to send the goods back to us within 30 days of purchase, and we will resupply the order for you or issue a refund.
