Growling Dog Micronised Creatine is blended with 5% Glucose just for this reason. These carbohydrates assist in a more efficient transportation of Creatine into the muscle site, in the least possible time.
Growling Dog Micronised Creatine is suitable for both energy production and creatine 'loading' for lean muscle gain.
DOSAGE RANGE
Use 5g, 4-6 times per day for 5-7 days to 'load'.
Follow with 5g, 1-2 times per day for 4-6 weeks.
Follow with 2-4 weeks 'rest' with no Creatine.
Return to loading phase and start the cycle again
after rest phase.
HOW TO USE
Do not take creatine in conjunction with caffeine
due to its inhibiting effect. Always take creatine
on an empty stomach. Swallow down with water or
juice.
